Channel your inner pirate at this themed cocktail bar
Just when you thought a pirate pub in Pyrmont was too much to ask for, in comes Peg Leg. A wooden cavern-like tavern with candle lighting and nautical decor, this pub is housed in the 150-year-old original Pyrmont Bridge Hotel building, one of the first pubs in the area. If rum is your thing, you will be very happy with the cocktail menu, which celebrates rum for the crew and gin for the officers, served up in tankards and tikis. There’s also a menu of seafood and plant-based bites. If you start your day there, you can tuck into a sailor’s big breakfast with sausages and mushrooms and a coffee from Sensory Lab.
