A toast to the past
A hat-tip to our hattrick of crafty cocktails, inspired by the history of our hood – once a haunt of hardworking quarrymen who spent their days digging stone up across Pyrmont in the mid-1800s. Three of the biggest quarries had very memorable nicknames: Hellhole, Purgatory and Paradise. We’ve borrowed these for our signature concoctions. Details coming soon.
