WHAT TYPE OF TRAVELLER ARE YOU?

I’ve always been a thrill seeker from a young age and did a skydive on New Year’s Eve in Hawaii. I like a bit of both spontaneity and organisation.

WHAT’S YOUR FONDEST TRAVEL MEMORY?

I was in New Zealand staying at an alpaca and llama farm. It was located about 3 hours away from the city, so light pollution was not abundant. Seeing the shooting stars, constellations, and feeling an immense sense of awe made me tear up.

WHERE WAS THE LAST PLACE YOU TOOK A TRIP?

Bali! Really affordable and constant summer weather.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT SYDNEY?

The multiculturalism. You can see how prominent this is in the food and the different ethnic suburbs.

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO SPEND A SUNNY DAY IN SYDNEY? AND A RAINY ONE?

Sunny day: Have a picnic at Observatory Park or Wendy’s Secret Garden. If you enjoy the ocean, then I highly recommend snorkelling at Gordons Bay.

Rainy day: KOKO Amusement is always a fun time and multi-levelled! An escape room at Mission Sydney is also a great alternative.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE PLACE IN PYRMONT?

The Sydney Fish Market is a must-go for seafood lovers.

WHAT’S YOUR BEVERAGE OF CHOICE AND WHERE IS YOUR FAVOURITE PLACE TO GET IT IN SYDNEY?

My favourite alcoholic beverage is Gin Fizz with egg white at The Baxter Inn.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE DISH ON THE WAYFARER’S MENU?

Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs Croffle

Lunch: Pastrami Bagel

Dinner: Indo Fish & Chips

WHAT’S YOUR INSIDER’S TIP ABOUT GETTING THE MOST OUT OF A STAY AT AIDEN DARLING HARBOUR?

Pre-order your brekkie and share the meal with your loved one in one of our The Balcony rooms. Be sure to check the forecast!
