If we’re speaking your language, you will love this little family-run bakery tucked into a heritage terrace house, rolling out a small selection of artisanal breads and to-die-for pastries. PiOiK (pee-oyk) means ‘the bread’ in Coptic Egypitan, a nod to the language spoken by owners Shady and Rose, who lead the team in crafting flaky, golden croissants, preservative free sourdough loaves, and incredibly moreish chocolate biscuits. Grab a coffee and an Egyptian breakfast to go and enjoy them waterside in nearby Pirrama Park.
