Terms and Conditions

• The competition is being run and managed by Sydney Seafood School.
• The competition opens 9am AEST 13 September 2021 and closes 9pm AEST 26 September 2021.
• The competition is open to Australian residents only. Entrants must be aged 18 or older at time of entry.
• Entrants may enter as many times as they like during the competition period. Entries must be submitted via the form on this page.
• All valid entries received during the competition period will be reviewed by management of Sydney Seafood School, who will choose their favourite entry based on merits of creativity, originality and suitability.
• The winner will be notified via email.
• There is one (1) prize of a two-night stay at Aiden Darling Harbour for up to two people in a The Low Roller (Standard King) Room, daily breakfast for two in Wayfarer’s Bar & Café (up to AUD$30 per person per day) and one (1) Sydney Seafood School Cookbook.
• Prize is to be redeemed in a single stay.
• The prize must be redeemed and stay completed within the first six months of the hotel opening.
• Booking dates are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
• Transport and travel to or from the hotel is not included in the prize.
• Any additional costs, fees and inclusions incurred during a stay are not included in the competition prize and will need to be paid by the winner upon checkout.
• The prize is not transferable, redeemable, or exchangeable for cash.
• To redeem the prize, winners must make a reservation directly with the hotel team either via phone or email quoting the issued voucher number at time of booking.
• By entering the competition, entrants agree to receive further communications from Aiden Darling Harbour and/or Sydney Fish Market/Sydney Seafood School.
• Sydney Fish Market and/or Aiden Darling Harbour management, staff, suppliers, and their employees (and their immediate families) are ineligible to enter this competition.
• Sydney Fish Market/Sydney Seafood School reserves the right to vary the term of or cancel this competition at any time without liability to any entrant or other person.
