Terms and conditions

• The competition opens 9am AEST Monday 6 September 2021 and closes 9pm AEST Sunday 19 September 2021.
• The competition is open to Australian residents only.
• Entrants must be aged 18 or older at time of entry.
• Entrants may enter as many times as they like during the competition period. Entries must be submitted via a public Instagram or Facebook account. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of use of Instagram/Facebook.
• Entrants must not submit a comment which is deemed inappropriate or offensive, or that violates Instagram’s Terms of Use or Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities.
• The winner will be chosen by the leadership team at Aiden Darling Harbour based on merits of creativity and originality of their response. Winner will be notified via Facebook or Instagram.
• There is one (1) prize of a one-night stay for up to two people in a The Low Roller (Standard King) Room, breakfast for two in Wayfarer’s Bar & Café (up to AUD$60 total) and a behind the scenes tour for two people of the Sydney Fish Market.
• Prize is to be redeemed in a single stay.
• The prize must be redeemed and stay completed within the first six months of the hotel opening.
• Booking dates are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
• Transport and travel to or from the hotel is not included in the prize.
• Any additional costs, fees and inclusions incurred during a stay are not included in the competition prize and will need to be paid by the winner upon checkout.
• The prize is not transferable, redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
• To redeem the prize, winners must make a reservation directly with the hotel team either via phone or email quoting the issued voucher number at time of booking.
• By entering the competition, entrants agree to receive further communications from Aiden Darling Harbour and Sydney Fish Market.
• Sydney Fish Market and/or Aiden Darling Harbour management, staff, suppliers and their employees (and their immediate families) are ineligible to enter this competition.
• Aiden Darling Harbour reserves the right to vary the term of or cancel this competition at any time without liability to any entrant or other person.
