This effervescent day out in Pyrmont’s Pirrama Park celebrates all there is to love about Australian sparkling wines, plus food, spirits and a line-up of live bands and DJs. The fun starts 11am and goes right through to 6pm on Saturday 30 April. And if you don’t want the fun to end there, treat yourself to a night out on the town and a stay in the city.
