And after decades at the existing location, the new Sydney Fish Market is set to welcome visitors from Monday, 19 January 2026 as it moves next door to a striking new harbourside location on Blackwattle Bay. The sustainably designed new market will feature over 40 retailers, diverse dining options, a variety of open spaces and immersive visitor experiences.
